Licensed HVAC Lead (S-1 or D-1) – Salaried (Central CT, New Haven–Hartford area)

Signature Builds LLC is hiring a licensed HVAC lead to run our heating and cooling work. You pull permits under your license; we handle sales, scheduling and billing. Steady daily work and a set salary, without running your own business.

Pay: starting at $75,000/year. Higher pay available for the right candidate.
Full-time, year-round
Jobs across Central CT, between New Haven and Hartford (Waterbury, Naugatuck, Southington, Meriden and nearby)
Residential and multifamily: heaters, gas heating, mini-splits, AC, ductwork, service and replacements
Lead a small crew and keep jobs inspection-ready

Requirements:

Active CT S-1 (Unlimited Heating, Piping & Cooling Contractor) or D-1 (Limited Warm Air, A/C & Refrigeration Contractor) license (we verify it)
EPA 608 certification
Experienced, able to lead a team
Valid driver's license
